Company
Cinematic Weddings is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern the provision of wedding videography services by Cinematic Weddings.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. Dates are not held without a confirmed deposit. Enquiries submitted via this site do not constitute a booking.
Payments
A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Specific payment terms will be set out in your contract.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding date may be liable for the full contracted fee. We strongly recommend wedding insurance that covers videography.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are provided at the time of booking and set out in your contract. Timescales are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Your footage
You retain full ownership of your wedding footage. By proceeding with a booking you grant Mad Manners Ltd a licence to use a short highlight clip for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We carry full public liability insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
