Cinematic Weddings is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide wedding videography services across London and the UK.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, and venue. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to fulfil your booking.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and manage your booking if you proceed. We do not send marketing emails or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your footage
Any footage filmed on your wedding day is owned by you. We retain a copy for editing purposes and, with your permission, may use a short highlight clip in our portfolio. You can opt out of this at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (enquiry submission) and the performance of a contract (your booking). We are required to comply with UK GDPR.
Third parties
Enquiry forms are handled via Web3Forms. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for any other purpose.
